Spring Forward : Don’t Forget to Set Your Clocks

Timezones are computed by their difference to UTC, the “Universal Time Coordinated”. In Italy there is only a single timezone at UTC+1.
Tonight we will have a nationwide clock change from Standard Time to Daylight Saving Time and the clocks will be switched forward by 1 hour. Sunrise and sunset will be about 1 hour later than the day before, resulting in longer evenings
DST starts in Italy and in the European countries that use this practice on Sunday, 26 March 2017
On 29 October 2017, when DST ends, clocks will have to be set back , as if to repeat one hour
