Every Ending is a New Beginning

Thomas Stearns Eliot, the great poet, playwright and publisher, was born on 26 September 1888, in St. Louis, Missouri. He moved to England at the age of 25, eventually renouncing his American citizenship and becoming a British citizen.

[…] We shall not cease from exploration
and the end of all our exploring
will be to arrive where we started
And know the place for the first time

~ The Four Quartets ~ Little Gidding (1943)

[…] Non cesseremo di esplorare
e la fine di tutto il nostro esplorare
sarà giungere là da dove siamo partiti
e conoscere il luogo per la prima volta

  2. Very true. So many times we become fearful at the thought of anything ending, that we forget the heading to this page: Every ending is a new beginning…. We so easily forget that there’s a time for everything, a time to rise and a time to fall, a time for war and a time to make peace. Wish I understood Spanish
