Truth?

Ieri ho pubblicato un articolo dal titolo “Truth” (Verità)
L’immagine però non corrispondeva esattamente alla verità, perché avevo capovolto la foto scattata al riflesso di alberi in un laghetto
La macchina fotografica aveva registrato la realtà passivamente, senza inganni. Ricordate ciò che aveva scritto Isherwood? “Sono una macchina fotografica con l’otturatore aperto, alquanto passivo, che registra, non pensa”
Sono stata io ad alterare la verità, a dimostrazione di quanto sia facile farlo.

Yesterday I posted an article entitled “Truth”
The image, however, did not correspond exactly to the truth, because I had turned upside down the photo of the reflection of trees in a pond
The camera had recorded reality passively, without deception. Do you remember what Isherwood wrote? “ I am a camera with its shutter open, quite passive, recording, not thinking “
I altered the truth to demonstrate how easy it is

      1. La mente va allenata, così come i sensi… e poi, a volte, basta concentrarsi e metterci un briciolo d’attenzione.

        Il problema è che se arriva da una fonte che riteniamo sicura, è più difficile porsi certe domande: ma qual è la fonte sicura, in fondo in fondo? 😉

  7. Ma sai che alla foto non vi avevo neppure badato? Credevo che come foto intendessi e tre punti sulla guerra e quella è stata la mia risposta. Dopo la rivado a vedere, per il momento ti commento invece questa che mi sembra notevole, direi che sei brava anche a fare le foto. Complimenti 😊

  13. Non ho letto i commenti precedenti che avranno saputo certamente eloggiare quanto hai scritto, Luisa🌹. Ti dico soltanto che la verità a volte è più accettabile se riflessa dalle acque, che ignare ne restuiscono un’immagine capovolta. Quel certo “flou” rende la verità più armoniosa.

    1. The problem of the possibility of truth is great, and optimistically we can think that sooner or later it will come to the surface
      Even Arthur Schopenhauer the philosopher of pessimism. wrote that truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed, then it is violently opposed.and finally it is accepted as being self-evident.

Proprio l’altra sera ho visto un film, il protagonista, un professore universitario di filosofia, caduto in una trappola (non nel senso letterale del termine ma era stato accusato di omicidio, e tutti gli indizi gli erano contro), sosteneva: “non esiste la verità: esiste solo la percezione della verità”.
