Yesterday I got this message from WordPress:

You’ve posted 600 days in a row on words and music and stories!

Keep up the good work.

In total I have published over 2000 articles so far, but this was a kind of challenge that I made with myself. At first I promised myself to reach 500 days in a row, then 600 and I did it. Now I don’t know if I will be able to publish a new article every day, to always read your posts, to comment and reply to your comments.
If that happens, I apologize from now.
I wish Godspeed to all of you, my dear friends💙💙💙

PS: I’ve just learnt that Godspeed, which means “a prosperous journey” and comes from the Middle English phrase “God spede you” (“God prosper you“), was originally used to wish success to someone, which is what I wish for all of you.

Ieri ho ricevuto da WordPress la comunicazione che sono riuscita a postare articoli per 600 giorni consecutivi (in totale ne ho pubblicati oltre 2000)
E’ stata una specie di gara che ho fatto con me stessa: dapprima mi ero proposta di arrivare a 500 giorni senza interruzioni, poi a 600 e ce l’ho fatta. Ora non so se riuscirò a pubblicare qualcosa ogni giorno, a leggervi sempre, a commentare e rispondere ai vostri commenti.
Se capitasse mi scuso fin da ora.

    If you don’t publish your erudite posts, you are going to be missed!

  13. Wow 600 posts in a row, that’s quite an achievement Luisa! Like others, I really enjoy your fun, interesting, quirky, not well known facts about so many folks, famous or not. So many thanks but do remember to take good care of yourself because in replying to everyone’s comment and posting as often as you do, can and no doubt some days fatigue you a lot.

    Me, I have to take regular internet breaks especially from social media platforms in order to keep myself in balance and energised. This is why I disappear for days and weeks, sometimes months on end. Love and light, Deborah.

  15. Congrats Luisa. I for one, know how hard daily posting can be. On my first three sites, I was doing intermittent posting. I think my daily posts have been going on now for 5 years. As I always choose the free WordPress option, I do not get any encouragement from WordPress. All the best as you head towards 700. Allan

  37. What a milestone! I hear writers say all the time that writers should write every day, but that’s impossible for most people. I honor you for your dedication and commitment. When my work schedule allows, I try to read your posts every day. If you can write every day, the least I can do is read your work every day.
